The babies got their first pairs of shoes on Monday.
Holland has moved beyond taking a few steps at a time to becoming a toddler. Anne Lawson has a tough time deciding which pair she likes best. The white ones were the winners. Wells sports his extra wides.
Holland enjoyed her first trip to an SEC game, despite the fact the Tigers were no where to be found. This picture was taken just before kickoff, when Mommy still had something to smile about. Yes, it was a long day and Holland had no trouble snoozing on the way home. Hopefully, she will awaken to remember the debacle on the football field as just a bad dream. I know Daddy is hoping to wake up to realize it was only a nightmare.
Getting four infants to "pose" for the same picture is quite a feat, but this one turned out great. A.L. Holland, Wells, and Barrett made the most of their last day at the beach, staying out until the sun went down. What you cannot see in this picture is just how entertaining the adults were with their wildy, flagrant efforts toward getting the kids to smile. Bo and Bleu were just happy to be included on the trip.
The crystal clear gulf waters were inviting enough for Holland to crawl right in. There is little or no fear in this child. Anne Lawson takes a more reserved spot several feet away from the gently breaking waves. She did warm up to the gulf waters later on, as long as contact with mommy or daddy was maintained. Hey Ladies! Check me out over here under the umbrella.
