no contest

Anne Lawson may not have won the clean plate award, but she had a firm handle on the cleanest rib.

Wells stepped right into the tradition of enjoying Aunt Tina's ribs on Christmas Eve.

the Christmas story

With a perfect narration by cousin Julia, the kids provided an inspirational performance as characters in our rendition of the birth of Christ.

the littlest shepherd

Wells' debut as a shepherd did not last very long.

our little angels

And Lo, Holland was very eager to share news of the good tidings and great joy.
Anne Lawson's halo did not hold up, but she still managed to look angelic.

Wells' technique is quite precise.

Anne Lawson is happy to share.

Less cookie. More icing

bridge pics

Holland showed a natural talent for casting her line in just the right spot. She obviously does not take after her daddy.
A.L.: "This walking thing sure beats getting dirty."

Wells: "Hey, Ducks! Come here, I want to show you something."

gorham's bluff

The view at Gorham's Bluff was tremendous.

Wells shows Daddy how easy it is to peel bark off the tree and enjoy it as a tasty appetizer.

Anne Lawson may have been the last to start walking, but she is coming along quickly.

Holland preferred to sit among the leaves and take in the view.

happy birthday to alex

We had a blast at our friend Alex's first birthday.

Its not a party without a hat.

Holland can't wait for the cake and goes straight for the cookies.

Wells just sits back and soaks it all in.

arkansas st v. auburn

It was not much of a game, but the kids were glad to all be together in Jordan-Hare Stadium with the Rogers family.
We decided to beat the traffic and left at halftime.

trick or treat

Our three little monkeys could hardly wait for their first chance to trick or treat.
Inspired by Rudyard Kipling, Wells proves that a monkey and a tiger can get along.
