well balanced diet

The doctor recommended last week that the kids can now eat pretty much whatever we want to feed them, with a few exceptions. It did not take Bo and Bleu long to share some of their Dog Chow with Wells.

...man, this stuff is pretty good, and I don't have to be strapped into the highchair to eat it!

Who would not order bottled water from Crystal Springs when they see how much fun you can have without even opening the bottles?

back to the beach

The ladies really dig my new swimtrunks. If Mommy did not make me wear this silly hat, there would be several hotties fighting to rub lotion on my back right now.

city stages '06

Anne Lawson shows off her credentials as "the little VIP".
Already showing evidence of hip-hop influence, Holland describes this year's City Stages as being off the hizzle.

It would not be a festival without the corndogs and gyros.

The crew takes a break from the music and relaxes in the shade.
